  33. You're not also using COM2 at the same time are you?  IRQ3 is usually claimed
  34. by COM2

  43. Don't think you want to mess with that.  You should connect at a fixed rate
  44. and let your modem do the speed management.

  72. which I use do dial a busy system, and ring the bell when it finally makes it,
